Job Description:

hours, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum
of 2 years in a healthcare setting License: Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon or Clinical Social
Worker Associate working towards LCSW licensing requirements with
one year of experience Certifications: BLS is not required
Must-Have: Master’s degree from a school of Social Work accredited
by the Council of Social Work Education Description: Responsible
for the assessment and delivery of psychosocial services to
inpatients in the Behavioral Health Unit. May provide evaluation to
the Emergency Room or medical units for referred patients. Provides
psychosocial services including assessment, diagnosis, group
therapy, family therapy, discharge planning, care coordination,
psychoeducation, and psychotherapeutic treatment for patients
experiencing acute mental health issues. This position is
responsible for the review and oversight of social work functions.
Reports to the Social Work Manager or Supervisor. No weekend or
holiday requirements. Professional attire is expected. Charting
system used is Meditech.
