Do: Manage Appointments: Work with warm listing and buyer
appointments generated by our dedicated marketing and inside-sales
team. Consultative Sales: Convert leads through a professional
consultative approach and diligent follow-up. Client Guidance:
Conduct buyer and seller consultations, detailed market analyses,
and engaging open houses. Transaction Oversight: Oversee deals from
contract to closing with the full support of our administrative
team. Advanced Deal Structuring: Learn and apply creative
structures such as cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller
finance, and subject-to. Pipeline Growth: Cultivate long-term
client relationships to expand your personal business and referral
network. Who We’re Looking For: Licensing: Active Oregon and/or
Washington real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within
60 days). Commitment: Full-time dedication—this is a high-level
career, not a side gig. Mindset: Coachable, ambitious, and
goal-oriented with a relentless work ethic. Skills: Excellent
communicator with strong organizational and time-management
capabilities. Proactive: Comfortable with daily prospecting and
outbound outreach to maintain momentum. Tech-Savvy: Ready to adopt

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for the
right candidate. Compensation Perks: Income Range: $48,226.91 –
$196,492.21 per year (directly tied to production). Success Path:
Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K in their first year on our
team. Supplemental Pay: Commission pay and performance-based bonus
pay. Benefits: Flexible schedule with self-determined hours;
Monday–Friday core hours with weekend availability required for
