Warehouse Job - Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk

A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Shipping/ Receiving Clerks in Fairview, Oregon for a long-term temporary opportunity. Shipping/Receiving clerk candidates will be required to receive incoming material and place them in the appropriate area as well as ship outgoing products or supplies to the appropriate location. Positions would be responsible for counting items received and shipped and checking against packing lists while recording any discrepancies. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Warehouse Receiving Clerk responsibilities include:

Loads and unloads delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (as needed)

Operate RF Scanners to verify materials

Confirm and records the receipt of shipments

Move materials throughout Warehouse facility to get them to the correct floor, cart, or bin locations

Prepare shipping/receiving reports and notes any shortages or damages for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes.

Manage the inter-departmental transport of materials

Perform activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise or materials

Receiving Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Detail oriented

Proficient with computers

Ability to enter data of delivery information

We have openings on both the first and second shift (Monday-Friday, times vary)

Pay for 1st shift is $10.00/hr plus overtime as needed. Pay for 2nd shift is $10.50/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary position.
