Gastroenterologist (Generalist w/ or w/o Advanced Training) At Vancouver Clinic, caring for people is our first priority and the driving force behind everything we do. Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance. We are recruiting for a Generalist or Advanced Endoscopist (ERCP /- EUS). There is a strong referral base for general GI and/or for those that perform EUS. Advanced Endoscopist will have a dedicated day per week for those procedures without impacting compensation. Excellent collaboration with local foregut and hepatobiliary surgeons. Generalist position is evenly split between the ASC and office. All physicians have a 4 day work week. Hospital call is light and at a single hospital. Additional details: - $100,000 retention bonus - Pay range $450k – 750k with first year guarantee commensurate with experience - Innovative salary-based compensation model that is competitive and flexible - 4-day workweek of mostly general GI - 12 – 17 patients per day - Dedicated GI hospitalist to cover weekday daytime general call - Team-oriented culture that believes in quality care and work-life balance - Onsite Ambulatory Surgery Center - Partnership after 2 years - Excellent benefits with retirement plan and paid malpractice and tail coverage We are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
