The RN will provide top-quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment, implementing the integrated model where care and coverage work seamlessly to enhance patient outcomes. This position demands a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills and a passion for nursing. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
