Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our acute care team. This position
involves providing top-notch nursing care in a hospital setting,
supporting patient recovery, and ensuring the highest quality of
life for our patients. As part of Legacy Health, you will work
within a supportive environment that is committed to your
professional growth and development, while contributing to the
health and well-being of the community across Oregon and
Washington. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare
organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as
appropriate, utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
in a timely manner. Promote patients' independence by establishing
patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand
conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Ensure a
compassionate physical and psychological environment for patients.
Assist with the coordination of patient care through
interdisciplinary teamwork. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic health
records Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful

Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of Oregon or
Washington CPR certified or ability to acquire certification
