Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Endocrinologist
to join our nonprofit health system, which encompasses six
hospitals and numerous clinics across Oregon and Washington. This
role focuses on diagnosing, treating, and managing hormonal
disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal
candidate will contribute to our mission of providing compassionate
care by utilizing the latest medical advancements and a
patient-centered approach. Diagnose and treat hormonal disorders in
pediatric populations including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and
growth issues. Work closely with pediatricians and other healthcare
professionals to coordinate and improve patient care. Educate
patients and their families about disease management and
prevention. Participate in research and clinical trials relevant to
pediatric endocrinology. Consult and manage long-term care plans
for patients with chronic endocrine disorders. Expert knowledge in
pediatric endocrinology and metabolic processes. Strong diagnostic
and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for interacting with children, families, and
healthcare teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified in
Pediatric Endocrinology. Valid state medical license.
