Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Albany, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,318 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Hospice RN in Albany, Oregon, 97321! Job Title: Hospice RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, rotating weekends Experience: Minimum of 1 year in nursing, previous hospice or home health experience preferred License: Current unencumbered RN Licensure Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: BSN or prior case management experience preferred Description: The Hospice teams support patients and family members through the final stages of illness. Services are offered in the home setting, including patient residences, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and adult foster homes. Intermittent skilled nursing visits, 24-hour on-call nursing services, pain and symptom management, and medical social services are provided. Counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained volunteers, and bereavement support are also included. Medications and equipment are provided as appropriate. This position requires the use of a personal automobile.
