Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel 2Y/TRAVEL EXP Scrub Circulator exp - CVOR RN - Req 9807 Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs Is on-call required? Yes Responding to Cardiac Emergencies, scrub, circulator Are weekends required? Yes Saturday 0600-Monday 0600. once per month Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? 1:1 Special requirements: Scrub, Circulator experience preferred Are 48 hours approved: No PLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! Please note, it's common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive /hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
