A part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year with a strong possibility of renewal. This position supports two students with specialized medical needs and is located in Beaverton, OR. Assignment Details: - Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Bridgeport Elementary from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday at Durham Elementary from 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM - Contract type: School-based assignment Key Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to two students requiring tracheostomy care, suctioning, tube feedings, transfers, and toileting assistance - Deliver training on specific student health plans and individualized healthcare needs - Collaborate with educators and staff to support student health and safety within the school environment Qualifications: - Active Oregon LPN license required - Ability to obtain Oregon Fingerprints clearance - Experience working with pediatric patients who require complex medical care preferred This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in student health while working a part-time schedule across two elementary school locations.
