Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Cancer Institute Willamette
Falls in Oregon City, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift - 4- 10 hour shifts
with no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled. The Clinical
Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the
provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area
(e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). Performs all
duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the
Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy Providence caregivers

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: PharmD Pharmacy Or
Bachelors Degree BS in Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist
License 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency
training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting
- or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice
setting Preferred Qualifications: Within 2 years of hire: BPS Board

minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for
this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience
and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
