Job Description Providence Cancer Institute of Oregon is seeking
a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our
comprehensive, multidisciplinary practice at Providence Oncology
and Hematology Care Clinic on the campus of Providence Willamette
Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, Oregon. In this generalist
role, you will focus on the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of
patients with cancer. In collaboration with the Oncologists and a
care team consisting of RNs, Patient Navigators, Social Workers,
Nutritionists, Integrative Medicine, Palliative Care, Clinical
Pharmacy, and other support staff providing clinical care to cancer
patients at various stages of treatment and recovery, the Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role will be an
essential member of the team. Oregon City located just 13 miles
south of Portland - the end of the Oregon Trail and the state’s
first capital has so much to offer. From the Oregon City Municipal
Elevator at 130 feet high with the best view in town to Willamette
Falls, Oregon City combines the best of small-town charm with
access to big-city amenities. - Outpatient position, full-time at
1.0 FTE - Four/10-hour days, weekday schedule, no call required -
Ideal candidates will be experienced Nurse Practitioners or
Physician Assistants in oncology, or for new graduates, previous
clinical/nursing experience in hematology-oncology - Guaranteed
