Job Description:
Description This position represents Providence Home Services
(HS) at contracted facilities and requires strong communication and
interpersonal skills. The role of the Clinical Liaison RN is to
coordinate and arrange home care services between HS and contracted
facilities for home health, home infusion, and home medical
equipment associated with a clinical referral, except when there is
an onsite HME liaison. Providence caregivers are not simply valued

- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is
delivered.
- 1 year of Full-time experience in clinical role. Preferred
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Home Health, Hospice or Care management experience.
- Health care industry experience.
- Documented successful sales account medical management
experience.
