Description Well Life Medicine, an independently owned and thriving integrative primary care and mental health clinic, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our dynamic care team in Hillsboro, Oregon. • Provide relationship-centered, evidence-based primary care to patients across the lifespan (option to see adult patients only if preferred)
• Conduct problem-focused visits, annual exams, PAPs, well-child checks, and basic in-office procedures
• Deliver urgent care and same-day services as needed
• Develop individualized care plans using clinical guidelines and shared decision-making
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including on-site PMHNPs and behavioral health staff
• Use Athena EHR and FreedAI to streamline documentation and ensure appropriate coding
• Participate in team case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care
• Optional: Mentor resident physicians, PAs, and NPs
• Minimal after-hours call (covered by a professional answering service) Qualifications
  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Licensed in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days
  • Strong interest in integrative and patient-centered care
  • Passion for collaboration and team-based models
  • Interest in leadership, teaching, or program development (optional)

    • Hybrid in-person and telehealth model
    • Clinic hours Monday Friday, no weekends
    • Start date is flexible and can align with residency completion Skills
      • Broad primary care clinical skills (acute, chronic, preventive care)
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • EMR proficiency (Athena and/or FreedAI experience a plus)
      • Ability to build long-term therapeutic relationships
      • Interest in mentoring, leadership, or clinical program development
      • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required Job Location Hillsboro, Oregon (in-person with hybrid telehealth flexibility) Salary $175,000 $300,000/year, depending on experience and FTE
