dedication.Your Role As a Registered Nurse (RN)As a vital member of
our health care team, you'll provide top-notch patient care within
your assigned department or unit. Working closely with clinical
managers and other healthcare professionals, you'll assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care, always ensuring the highest

- Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to
Legacy Health's high standards for patient assessment, care
delivery, and transfer.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated,
holistic care for every patient.
- Advocate for patients by offering education and emotional
support, helping them navigate their health journeys.
- Leverage cutting-edge electronic health systems to accurately

care.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Education
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by
licensure.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If
you're working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!
- For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs
without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from
the Chief Nursing Officer.Experience
- At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the
Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
- Acute care experience preferred, this unit will train nurses
that have a strong desire to learn and grow.Skills & Qualities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect
effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities -
because in this role, every day is different, and your expertise
will make all the difference. Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable
state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
