Job Description:
Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this role seeks a competent
RN with at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
Provides independent, routine, and complex care on a 27-bed cardiac
medical-surgical telemetry unit.
Utilizes nursing processes for assessment, planning, intervention,
and evaluation, addressing patients' physical, emotional, cultural,
and social needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and
educates patients and families.
Demonstrates leadership by managing patient flow, unit operations,
and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Follows clinical policies, maintains accurate documentation, and
operates medical equipment effectively.
Requires BSN preferred, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months),
and EKG certification (within 90 days).
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
