As a CNA you will:

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Chart all appropriate documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Integral part of the team caring for Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation residents
• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc
• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sapphire you will foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
