Job Description:
Aya Education invites applications for a Travel Speech-Language
Pathologist, a dynamic role designed to support diverse student
populations across various schools. By incorporating our unique and
innovative learning solutions aimed at enhancing educational
outcomes, this position will directly contribute to improving
students' speech and language abilities. The role requires
traveling to different educational settings within the region,
providing customized and effective speech therapy interventions
consistent with students’ individual learning needs. This position
offers the opportunity to make a substantial impact on students'
lives by ensuring they achieve the best possible support in their
educational journey. Assess students’ speech and language abilities
and implement appropriate interventions. Develop treatment plans
based on students' needs and educational goals. Collaborate with
educational staff and parents to support individual student plans.
Maintain thorough records of student progress and adjust
interventions as necessary. Travel between multiple educational
sites to provide consistent services. Stay updated with the latest
educational tools and practices in speech-pathology. Conduct
workshops and training sessions for school staff and parents.
Expertise in speech-language pathology practices and principles.
Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in
documentation and case management. Adaptability to various
educational environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
